How to prepare for mastering ?
Here are some guidelines to follow in order to obtain the best sounding integrity of your master :

• When producing final mixes always send your files in full resolution without any normalization, sample rate conversion or codec compression. We accept WAV, AIFF, SDII files up to 24bits and 192kHz as well as Audio CD & DAT.

• Avoid using buss compression and limiting at mix stage. This cannot be undone and reduces the real potential of the mastering. Try to leave at least between 3dB and 6dB of headroom in your mixes.

• Make sure to clearly label your mixes and include any special notes about edits, crossfades and track order in filling out the mastering sheet we will provide.
